No, in Poland weed is illegal. However, I never was a stoner, so I don't need to smoke weed! Winners don't do drugs. :)
My Dad was born in Poznan. I didn't smoke for the first 29 years of my life, so I do agree. However I do use it now to relieve anxiety, stress and I make even weirder cartoons now :)
The 17th of October is when weed will be fully legalized (and regulated) in Canada.
Even so, it's still very much tolerated today.
And I see no problem with weed cartoons either way - Considering they were a staple of Newgrounds cartoons back in the day.
