that's what i wanted to do but no website offers the free trial version for Flash 8 anymore, it's all FlashCS3 which is a crap program

IDK about Flash, I hope someone can help you but I know one thing I do when something doesn't work and I don't know the reasons :S
Download a free program called CCleaner. The 1st option are to cleanup a lot of shit from the pc, like temporary files or shit that you've erased, because even when you erase thing with the Recycle Bin they are still on your PC.
The 2nd option is for reparing all the shit that has been done to the Register. Very useful program CCleaner. It makes your PC work better and have less ERRORs..
Try it out, I hope it helps and if it doesn't I hope someone can help u out man!
Yeah i'll check out CCleaner for sure. I downloaded something called ErrorSmart because it's caption said 'we will solve all the data1.cab problems' but it fucking didn't lol those lying pieces of shit

ya ive been there, the download flash 8 link doesn't work
- Make a new account and try it on that account, sometimes it works, if that works, might have virus, malware, adware, spyware, anything else that can affect ur computer.
- Try and scrap everything to do with flash 8 from the control panel, and reinstall, and backup your current work.
- If it doesn't work goto adobe and goto customer service.
Im just guessing, Ive never used flash, sorry!

I can't offer any technical help for you Pav, sorry about that but I don't use Flash. All I can say is that every day that passes without a new Junkyard Animations cartoon is a bit duller than the last! Please, somebody sort out his computer woes so we can all enjoy some new shit!
beat the shit out of it. shift+delete it. download a brand new shiny copy form any place in the Internet. type in your serial. Another life saved.
