LOL nice description, it's horrifying and possibly deadly to shit your pants.

I like these kinds of games, you can make something really epic if you expand on the idea and have him able to go to different rooms, maybe he helps other people shit, or you have to find toilet paper to wipe your dirty ass. Meanwhile a girl wants to go on a date with you but you smell like shit so you have to spray on perfume to cover up the shitty smell and then she sucks you off so fast and hard and you win when you ejaculate down her sexy throat!!! fuck im horny now lol
